My Parents

My mom, Charlene (Charlie), and stepfather, Eddie, are two of the most dearest people to me. Obviously, being my parents, they've always encouraged me, supported me, and have been there through every good and bad moment.

My mom is such an active, adventurous, and brave woman. I love that she loves to share her escapades with me.
She's one hilarious person and is always making me laugh with her stupid jokes. Love you, mom!

Charlie is a very loving, caring, compassionate, and patient person.
She's worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for a long time and one of my favorite things to do is watch her in her field of work.

Eddie Corns! The stepdad I call my dad. He's so cool, so easy going, and passionate. He's one that can get along with just about anybody.
One thing we can have endless conversations about is music. He's one amazing drummer and encouraged me to follow my love for percussion when I was in marching band.

This is my dad, Jay. He lives in KY and I only see him maybe once every couple of years or so. I wouldn't even say that often, really.
When I was in middle school my sister and I would go to KY every summer and spend a week with him and visit my Uncle Buck's farm in Ohio. Man, did we create some crazy memories!
We dug up an Indian burial mound on my uncle's farm, went out looking for Bigfoot at the overhang rock, spent a night at Waverly Hill's Sanatorium, and so many others.
This picture was taken I think a couple years ago when we went to KY to visit my husband's family who live about an hour away from my dad.
Small world.
Nobody is perfect, and nobody's family is the perfect, but, to me, mine is and I would never trade anyone for anything <3
Up Next: Single and Happy...........which I'm not :D
