Happy November!

Hello, bloggers and Happy Fall! The weather is absolutely GORGEOUS today here in FL. The AC is off and my windows in the house are open!!

I know I haven't written the 30 Day Writing Challenge in quite some time or really written in my blog at all, but I needed a blog break. It's been so busy around this joint I feel like I haven't had time to really sit down and enjoy blogging, so I just didn't. This process can't be rushed.

I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween! I went to a coworker's Halloween party on Halloween night and it was so much fun!

We had such a good time and her decorations were killer! The theme was Hocus Pocus and I dressed up as Binx the kitty ^_^

Next up on our Fall list is my birthday, which I have no idea what I want or what we're going to do. We will be driving to AL the next day for the week of Thanksgiving to visit family and we're SOOO excited!! We plan on visiting all of our favorite restaurants up there like Jack Browns, Babalou's, McAllister's, and Donatos.

I promise I will be doing an update on the house soon too!! We've been working hard on getting things together and trying to make it actually look like a home. There are so many things I'm excited to share, but I want it to be done and perfect before I do.

We already started decorating for Christmas. I know, call us crazy. We don't usually start until after Thanksgiving, but now that we're in our own house and we can do whatever we want, we were pretty eager to start. Be on the lookout for a few more posts (hopefully soon depending on how this week goes). We have other big news too!!.......

We're officially done with our apartment! Even though we still have a couple things we need to get out of there we finally paid the last rent!!!!! It feels SO good to not have to pay that place anymore!

My next post will be back on track with Day 23 for the writing challenge which is A Letter to Someone...Anyone. I've been thinking long and hard about this one, and I'm still not sure who I'm writing it for.

Everybody have a great November 2nd! I have a dermatology appointment this morning so hopefully everything will check out okay!
